Appointment Policy

We value your time and have reserved it especially for you. To ensure smooth scheduling, please note the following policies:

Kids Cuts:

• All recipients of kids cuts must be at or under 12 years of age.

• If a kids cut is booked for an older individual, your card will be charged the full amount.

Cancellation Policy:

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

• Appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance for your convenience. You may reschedule during this confirmation.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service amount.

• Missed appointments or "no shows" will be charged the full service amount.

Service Satisfaction:

• We do not offer refunds on any services.

• If you are dissatisfied with your service, we provide a correction at no charge within 7 days of the original appointment.

Payment Policy:

• A credit card number is required for services over 2 hours.

• A 50% non-refundable payment is required for Hair Extensions.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Check.

• Please note that gratuity cannot be added to credit card charges.
